How It Works
Upload your resume. Our NLP pipeline extracts your skills, experience level, and professional profile. Every listing in our database is then scored for relevance using machine learning and semantic similarity. A skill gap analysis surfaces exactly what each role requires versus what you bring — so you know where you stand before you apply.
Grounded in Federal Standards
We cross-reference job postings against Department of Labor occupation benchmarks from O*NET — the federal standard for occupational data. This tells you whether an employer's posting covers the canonical skills and tasks for the role, or whether it is a thin description that may not reflect the actual position.
What Powers the Platform
Built on Django and PostgreSQL with pgvector for semantic job matching. Redis and Celery handle background enrichment and scoring at scale. Job data is sourced from IdealistJobs, CareerOneStop, and the O*NET federal occupation database. The search experience is powered by Vue 3.
